Personal Assistant (Cyprus)

We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to help out our Top Management Team in the Cyprus office to bring determination to deal with any unsolvable issue arising around the clock to the table.


  • supporting work processes of top managers;
  • communicating with contractors in Russian, English and Greek;
  • travel assistance for top managers and partners;
  • prompt information support on all emerging issues;
  • performing personal assignments and solving non-standard tasks.


  • higher education;
  • 2+ years of experience working as a personal assistant in an international company;
  • experience working with C-level managers;
  • excellent communication skills and knowledge of business etiquette;
  • excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages, knowledge of Greek will be an advantage;
  • high level of accountability;
  • ability to solve complex problems;
  • consistency and attention to details;
  • multitasking, independence, diligence, punctuality.
