Senior Golang Developer (Instagram Reels & TikTok search engine)

Short video services like TikTok or Instagram Reels are growing very fast right now. We have launched a new product for video creators – a search engine across trending short videos. For the development of our scraper and other microservices, we are seeking a Senior Golang Developer.

What you'll be working on:

  • development of a parser for short-video services in social networks;
  • development and enhancement of the PostgreSQL database;
  • enhancing code quality and scalability;
  • improving the architecture of high-load fault-tolerant solutions;
  • work with our internal Kubernetes cluster – deploy your code independently and monitor its performance.

Examples of future tasks:

  • development of jobs for parsing open data from TikTok and other social networks;
  • database table optimization for 100 million records;
  • creation of data aggregations and integration with Airtable and internal services.

Candidate requirements:

  • experience in production development on Go;
  • understanding of the HTTP protocol and how to build web services;
  • extensive experience working with MySQL or PostgreSQL;
  • experience with Docker and k8s;
  • good knowledge of code testing.
