Format: Project-based (2 months, with possible extension)

FunCorp is a creative-tech company building products at the intersection of storytelling, marketing, and emerging technologies.
We’re currently running a large-scale open call / contest for creators, and we’re looking for someone to help us manage outreach and communication with participants.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role focused on working directly with creators.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Outreach to creators
- Sending ~20–30 messages per day to creators from an existing database, inviting them to participate in the contest - Participant support
- Responding to incoming emails and questions from creators
- Helping them navigate the submission process - Content collection & tracking
- Monitoring submissions across social platforms
- Collecting and organizing participant entries - General coordination
- Supporting day-to-day operations of the contest
Who This Role Is For
- Junior or middle-level specialists
- People with experience in community management, creator relations, or social media
- Comfortable with repetitive, operational tasks
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English (written communication is key)
- Most importantly, you’re someone who is not afraid of volume work and hands-on execution.
